We remind you of the scheduling conditions
1. The booking scheduling for any activity must be made - preferably - up to 96 hours before the day intended for the activity to be carried out. It can be done through the various official channels of the company (website, social networks or via email);
2. The confirmation of the booking is made upon availability of the company – Malcata Eco Experience.
In case you choose de option «on-site payment», you should do a deposit (by bank transfer, Pay Pal or MBWay) of 50% of the total amount of the activity. The deposit amount shall only be refunded in case of the conditions in point 4, line c).
4. After booking confirmation, the participants can:
a) Cancel the contracted services up to 72 hours before the date of the activities, with a full refund. If the reservation is cancelled after 72 hours prior to the activities, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded, with the remaining 50% for the Malcata Eco Experience;
b) Cancellation of the booking after 48 hours before the activities take place, 25% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
c) On the day of the activity, if the weather conditions do not allow the activities to be carried out, or could compromise the safety of the participants, the value of the activity will be refunded in full.
5. If the participants do not show up, the deposit amount will be charged without the right to be discounted or refunded.
