Wellbeing experiences in Nature

Nature-Based Wellbeing Plan

Find your Nature and wellbeing

An accompaniment to help you rediscover silence, focus and your own rhythm, through Nature.

Erling Kagge, Silence in the Age of Noise

A moment of reflection and wellbeing in the heart of Nature, in a nature-based accompaniment plan.

Life moves fast. Between work, obligations and the constant murmur of our thoughts, time for ourselves has become the rarest thing there is. It is not only the noise of screens, it is the noise of a life that never stops to breathe.

Erling Kagge, the Norwegian philosopher and walker, speaks of silence as the new luxury. Not merely the silence of absence of sound, but the silence of presence, the one in which we hear ourselves again.

The Nature-Based Wellbeing Plan is a path towards it. It is not conventional therapy, nor a quick fix. It is a process that is sown, sprouts and flowers, shaped to your measure. Nature – through its silence, its slow rhythm and its cycles – becomes the teacher. Over a few weeks, I walk beside you as you rediscover your own time, balance, direction, focus and growth.

A flowering, at your own pace…

Throughout the plan, we walk together to:

  • Rediscover silence and mindfulness, to quieten the noise of the mind;
  • Awaken the senses, with practices in Nature (or inspired by it) that reduce stress and bring us back to the present;
  • Cultivate habits that last, weaving rest and attention into daily life without abandoning our responsibilities;
  • Gain clarity, to see clearly what matters and to set priorities;
  • Flower in your own time, turning small changes into a lasting way of being.

Bloom

An invitation for those who choose the Sprout plan

Some journeys call for a place to complete themselves. Bloom is that place.

To your Sprout plan, a retreat is added at the gates of Serra da Malcata, whether alone or as a couple. A forest bathing at dawn. A tasting of the waters that flow down from the mountain. A night of silence and, if the sky allows, the clearest stars you have ever seen!

It is not a plan. It is its flower.

Bloom is added to the Sprout plan.

Price: On request

(An invitation to design together. Talk to me and we’ll plan it.)

In person or online, you take the first step

Whether in the silence of Serra da Malcata or in the comfort of your screen, the invitation is the same. The first session is free and without any commitment. Change is something you take on yourself, by setting your goals and I give you the tools to guide, motivate and celebrate every achievement with you.

– Questions about your wellbeing plan –

Is this therapy or psychology?

No. I am not a psychologist and this plan does not replace clinical support. It is a process of wellbeing and reconnection, grounded in Nature and mindfulness. If you need psychological care, the right path is a health professional.

What if I don’t live near Serra da Malcata?

That’s not a problem. The Semente and Brotar plans take place online, from anywhere in the country. Only the Florescer invitation is in person and it is precisely the occasion to come and know the mountain.

What is the first free session like?

It is a conversation, with no commitment. We talk about what you are looking for, what weighs on you, and whether this path makes sense for you. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you honestly.

Can I stop halfway through?

You can, always. This is a path of will, not of obligation. We agree on the terms at the start, with clarity.

Do I need any experience or preparation?

None. Only the willingness to slow down. The rest, we walk together.
